How much of a decrease in labor can I expect with virtualizing? Our current case studies with our resellers are showing between 35 -40% decrease in labor costs, specifically in desktop maintenance.

What is the gPLATFORM? The gPLATFORM is a private cloud that replaces, upgrades and standardizes your clients desktops, servers and backup device. A complete infrastructure replacement.

Do you provide the desktop, server and backup devices separately? Yes we do. Some of your clients may have just purchased a new server but that does not limit you from virtualizing their desktops. The same is for backup devices too. Contact our sales team so they can show you how.

What if a virtual machine/server fails? Our backup devices have the ability for you to virtualize and temporarily run your business on the backup device itself. Unlike other backup devices, in the rare event of a disaster gCOULD3 has the ability to virtualize and get you up and running in the datacenter too.

Do I need to replace desktops with thin clients if they are still in good working condition? No you can go the more affordable route and purchase software that converts that current desktop into a thin client.

Where is your datacenter? We have 2, one in Las Vegas, NV and the other in Dallas, TX.

Do you offer support and what do I get with it? Yes we do! gCLOUD3 support includes product warranty up to 36 months, 24/7 monitoring, remote cloud based backups and all storagecraft licenses and unlimited remote support of the entire virtual infrastructure to include individual virtual machines, servers and backup device.

How much hardware is needed to virtualize my client’s entire infrastructure? It all depends on the size of your client but usually not more than a few boxes either deployed onsite or in a datacenter. The client actually owns the hardware and we just support it through the MSP.

What kind of power savings can my client’s expect with your gPLATFORM? Thin clients consume 10% of what a desktop normally does.

What type of Hypervisor do you use? Xenserver

What type of software do you use on your backup devices? We are a Storagecraft partner.

When replacing or upgrading an entire infrastructure is the gPLATFORM cheaper than traditional methods? Yes it’s significantly cheaper and faster. Please contact a sales representative for more info.
