Simply Affordable SMB Private Cloud

• Quick deployment with minimal infrastructure. To deploy the SMB Private Cloud, we provide all necessary hardware. The SMB Private Cloud does not require shared storage or extensive datacenter build outs. Simply setup all the SMB Private Cloud hardware on-premise or in your colo, power it on, connect it to the Internet, and gCLOUD3 will start setting up the SMB Private Cloud
• Horizontal scaling.  The SMB Private Cloud scales horizontally on inexpensive private cloud nodes. The SMB Private Cloud grid architecture is designed for scale-out, similar to modern web architectures like Amazon’s EC2. The SMB Private Cloud grid can be scaled on-demand as your needs grow.
• Superior user experience. Using Citrix’s HDX technology, each virtual desktop allows for unparalleled user experience, with multimedia acceleration, USB redirection, and much more.
• Pristine desktops. Users get pristine, virus-free desktops on each refresh. Refresh policies can be set to be on each login or on a periodic basis.
• Instant access. Users see login times of just a few seconds – this is because desktops can be pre-started on the SMB Private Cloud, so they are ready and available when users login.
• “Follow Me” feature. A user can access the same desktop session from different locations.
• Multiple desktops. Users can be assigned multiple desktops which they can access simultaneously.
• No user maintenance. Users no longer have to wait and watch as their PC is patched and updated. With the SMB Private Cloud, this happens behind the scenes through templates.
• Thin Clients. Desktops can be assigned by user, or by IP address to support access from thin clients.

• Managed administration. gCLOUD3 manages the SMB Private Cloud for you all the way down to the Operating System. No longer do you have to worry about infrastructure or management of hardware. This is truly outsourced private cloud for the SMB.

• Templates. Setup different template desktop images for the various user groups in your organization. Desktops are generated from these templates. Simply update the templates and changes are automatically propagated to the virtual desktops based on the policies you set.
• Storage optimization. Using linked clone technology, multiple virtual desktops are generated from a single image.
• Hot pluggable. The SMB Private Cloud offers built-in high availability for VDI. As you add new servers, the SMB Private Cloud automatically balances and replicates the workload to accommodate for new capacity. SMB Private Cloud automatically detects server failures and migrates the workload to healthy servers in the grid.
• Dynamic desktop provisioning. SMB Private Cloud dynamically provisions desktops to users based on the policies you set.
• Built-in load balancer and connection broker. The SMB Private Cloud automatically load balances the desktop workloads dynamically across the grid, so you don’t need any external load balancers. Similarly, the SMB Private Cloud brokers all the connections, so no third-party connection broker is required.
• Flexible deployment. With the SMB Private Cloud, you have a choice of distributing the servers across branch and remote offices and still centrally managed. In places where WAN performance can be spotty, this offers better end-user experience because users access their desktops via a fast local LAN.
