Payment form is completely protected with SSL certificate, and will be updated yearly.  gCLOUD3 will do everything possible to ensure the safety of client information. gCLOUD3 will not be liable in any way for the payment form and it’s use.

 

All payments made through the gCLOUD3 payment form are for service rendered, hardware, software, or ongoing monthly support.  Any refund approved by gCLOUD3 will take 5-10 business days to process.

 

All hardware or software sold comes with the warranty of the manufacture or developer, and gCLOUD3 is not responsible for any warranty work, except for gCLOUD3 products sold. All labor comes with a 7 day guarantee, and gCLOUD3 will at no cost the client fix an issue if it is exactly the same issue and was not in any way caused by the client or anyone using the system.
